I just finished watching Ms Tiffany Sisson, the greatest news anchor that KFVS , and the Midwest has ever had, do the noon news. Althought she did a marvelous job as always, I almost choked on my food though when I saw the story about how seldom black people are willing to give up bone marrow.
The story started off by asking the question "is this racism?" And then they proceeded to beat down the entire African American community.
I've learned from decades of watching Caucasians shuck and jive, duck and dive, lie and skyvve, when it comes to being honest about racism. This story was no exception.
I almost threw something at the TV when I heard the CBS reporter state that "black people are unwilling, or afraid to donate bone marrow because of what happened in Tuskegee when BLACKS WERE REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR THEIR SYPHILIS.
That is a half truth, which still makes it a lie in this case. I'm sure the SUPREME BEING was deeply disappointed once again with Caucasians choosing the deceptive route instead of being honest about the evils they have done to black people.
The actual truth of the matter is that Caucasian medical people INTENTIONALLY injected black men with Syphilis and ALLOWED THEM to live out their lives, sleeping with white women, and every other color of woman, without telling them, OR TREATING THEM for their Syphilis.
That heinous act caused massive injury to the black community psychologically as well as physically. Most blacks stopped trusting white doctors at that point, just as a white person would do if someone did that to them.

I totally understand how blacks feel, being an African American myself. I was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, MO. I went through the school system and graduated with a bachelors degree from SEMO. I believed what white people told me. Just work hard, keep your nose clean, serve your country, and you will have a fine life.

There were no hijackers from Iraq, or Afghanistan on any of the aircraft that struck buildings in this country. Seventeen of them were from Saudi Arabia, and the other four were Egyptians. Yet Vice president Cheney just paid another friendly visit to Saudi Arabia a month or so ago. We continue to be best friends with them despite the fact that members of their countries killed over two thousands of our citizens.
This country is in control of insane, psychopathic neocons, and all of us are going to pay the price for their savagery, if they are not removed from office immediately.

I used to wonder why there were never any psychiatrists, or psychologists speaking out about how George Bush arrives at his decisions. So I met one locally, and asked him that question.
Here is what he told me: "Clyde, we take an oath similar to what other doctors take. We cannot speak out publicly about the mental health of politicians, the president, movie stars, or anyone else. However, if we are asked privately, we can give our opinions." "You are asking me privately, so I will say that YES, we are deeply concerned about a president who says GOD is telling him to attack innocent people" "Clyde, your thoughts are right on the mark."
I was really happy to know that I wasn't imagining things. So go talk to a psychiatrist youselves. It shouldn't matter what his/her political affiliation maybe. They should all come to the same diagnosis when presented with the same set of facts just as your local doctor on problems you have.
Lastly, I want to say this. I'm not going to donate any blood, or bone marrow unless I'm paid at least a million dollars after taxes.
If I am to save someone's life, then I expect that mine should be saved as well. I'm tired of being a straight arrow, and living in poverty because of it. I want enough money so that I invest it in the stocks that the Bush regime invests in, and then I can move out of this race hate driven country and move somewhere in Africa, where life is more peaceful, and the people have something on their minds besides killing everyone who doesn't look like them, or have their religion.
Finally, stop dancing around the cess pool with this Middle Eastern mess. We had no right to attack them in the first place. So it makes no sense to spend another day there killing innocent people and causing the deaths of thousands of our young troops and the permanent wounding of over thirty thousand others? That is simply insane!!!
If you find yourself beating up a person in your neighborhood because someone told you that this was the person who had stolen some valuable things from your home, and then someone grabs you by the shoulders, and says WAIT! WAIT! That's not the right person. The real thief is standing on the corner down there. laughing at you.
What are you going to do then"
Are you going to take the crazy route and tell your friend "I can't stop now! I'm halfway through beating him down even if he is the wrong person" Or would you take the wise, highminded route as I would take. Stop beating the man, pick him up, dust him off, and make amends to him for the damage I caused?
Well, the same applies to international situations just as they would in a neighborhood one.
Bring the troops home immediately! Allow contractors of all ethnic groups, but certainly African American ones to go in there and make top dollar rebuilding Iraq. Don't just allow George Bush and his cronies to make billions illegally.
People America has been placed on a road that can only lead to the total destruction of this country from within, if not from without.
